Nestled by a beautiful common in West London, our lovely London pub is home to 17 unique and eclectic rooms upstairs. A short stroll from Hammersmith and Kensington Olympia stations, and close to the M4, you won’t be far from London’s must-see attractions, ideal for the traveller exploring London and beyond.

From our gorgeous suite to our boutique doubles, expect to get lost in a pile of feather-like pillows, crisp cotton sheets and life’s little luxuries to help you get a good night slumber. With our interconnecting rooms and being dog friendly, we’re the perfect bolt-hole for the whole family (pooches too).

This London pub is pretty old (we used to be a coaching inn), and with all our rooms being first and second floor, it’s only our stairs that take us there.

How long should you stay in Hammersmith?

We love our corner of West London and we just know you will too.

We think a stay of two nights is pretty perfect. A little less? You’ll have a great time (we promise), but there’s just so much to see and do in and around Hammersmith that you’ll wish you had an extra night with us.

Staying for longer? We’ll give you all the hints and tips to make sure Hammersmith props the top of your city break hitlist, time and time again.

What are the best things to do in Hammersmith?

Honestly, so much. Our West London spot provides access to the best of Kensington, Holland Park and Notting Hill.

History boff’s, hop on the number 9 bus to Exhibition Road (South Kensington), and you’ll have Victoria and Albert Museum, the Science Museum and the Natural History Museum right at your fingertips.

We love to share our personal recommendations, so feel free to ask us when you’re here. We’re a friendly bunch and have plenty of nuggets up our sleeves.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 3pm. If you arrive early and your room isn’t quite ready, there’s plenty of space in our lovely pub (and cocktail bar) to relax, have a bite to eat or a little tipple.

Arriving early and want to head out? No problem, we’ll hold on to your bags until you’re back.

Check-out is by 11am.

What time is breakfast?

Brekkie is served from 7am on weekdays, and 8am on weekends (we all deserve a little lie-in). If your room rate doesn’t include breakfast but you can’t quite resist, fear not, walk-ins are very welcome.

Do you have any family-friendly bedrooms?

We’ve got lots of family-friendly bedrooms. We can also add cots for the littlest of guests, or fold-out beds (for the bigger little ones) to your room on request. Kids under 2 stay for free. 2-16 are £15 per night.

Can I bring my dog to stay?

Yes, we love furry four-legged friends just as much as humans. Just add your dog to your booking (up to two doggo’s can stay with you for £15 per night), and we’ll make sure they get a VIP welcome with a super-comfy doggy bed, blanket and tasty tail-wagging treats.

Getting Here

Do you have any parking?

Unfortunately, we don’t have any on-site parking (we’re just too central for that). On-street parking is available nearby.

How do I get to you via public transport?

You can journey to us via tube calling at Hammersmith station (District Line) which is an 8-minute walk away. Or via train, stopping at Kensington Olympia station, just a 15-minute walk away. You can usually find cabs just outside the station and you’ll be with us in a jiffy.

Booking Bits

Can I cancel my booking?

We understand that plans sometimes change, so we try to make our booking policies super flexible. You can cancel or modify your booking up to 12pm the day before your arrival. If you cancel outside of this time or don’t show up, we’re sorry, but we’ll have to charge you for the first night of your stay. The only rate that’s not flexible is the Early Bird, this one’s non-refundable and non-amendable.

Can I make changes to my booking?

You can make changes to your booking up to 12pm the day before your arrival. This includes changes to your package, room and extras (as long as it’s available). The only rate that’s not flexible is the Early Bird, this one’s non-amendable.

Can I get a copy of my invoice?

Of course. When booking online, you have the option to send an invoice in step 2. Missed this step? Not to worry, just ask at Reception and the team will email you a copy. Checked out already? Pop us an email and we’ll send one right over.

Great room, great location

Great room, great location. Stayed for 2 nights, left the car at Westfield, Shepherd’s Bush, 15 minute walk away. Hammersmith Underground only 10 minutes away. Really good experience.

+ The rooms are cosy and individual with a rich minibar. Everything is clean and nice. Unfortunately we had not enough time to check out the garden.

Super cute hotel with a pub

Super cute hotel with a pub on ground level! Very convenient to get to, just like a 5 minute walk or so from the tube station. Loved all the character in and on the building. Definitely ear plugs should be provided as it is down the street from a police station and an outlet on the bathroom as well, and the wifi was not very good inside the rooms. But the towel warmer was really nice to have in the bathroom! It was overall very clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. It is very apparent they take pride in their hotel and pub, definitely recommend!
